General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

A chronic headache with nausea can be from various CNS disorders as some sort of space occupying lesion, tumor, disturbances with CSF circulation and drainage or so forth.

An ideal approach would be to start with neurologic examination with MRI brain as per the need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
